Congratulations to all Rimi Business School programme 2017 graduates!

On August 9th all Rimi Business School program participants successfully completed the program.

Rimi Business School is an extensive development program facilitated together with the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, and designed for members of management teams and potential successors to senior leadership positions. Twenty leaders had been selected for participation, which started in October last year and finished this August.

The emphasis of the program was put on personal growth facilitation, self-study and analysis, the development of one’s team and the global perspective on the company. The final group assignment was to analyze the strategies of global companies as well as prepare suggestions, based on knowledge gained, for the growth and development of Rimi. The groups then presented their findings to the Baltic Management Team.

Congratulations and best wishes for your continued success!
