Rimi Baltic Group unifies supply chain by integrating former HAVI Logistics companies in the Baltics

Rimi Baltic Group is taking an important strategic step to improve product distribution to store shelves across the Baltics, making operations more efficient and reliable. The former HAVI Logistics companies in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia are now officially joining Rimi Baltic Group and will operate under the unified name Rimi Logistics in each country.

This integration follows the previously announced acquisition of HAVI Logistics companies in the Baltics, which has been authorized by the Competition Councils in all three countries.

“This is an important step for Rimi Baltic. We are expanding our capabilities, strengthening our position in the market, and building a solid foundation for the next phase of growth. By uniting our supply chain and logistics operations, we are building a stronger foundation for the future – one that enables us to improve the customer experience and continue growing as one of the leading retailers in the Baltics,” says Rimi Baltic CEO Giedrius Bandzevičius.

The integration process will continue throughout the year, with a focus on aligning processes and ensuring a smooth transition across all three countries. The combined management team brings together expertise from both Rimi and former HAVI Logistics to support operational continuity.

“This integration marks a major step forward for our operations across the Baltics. By bringing together more than 800 logistics professionals, we are strengthening our supply chain so that it’s more resilient, agile, and efficient, ultimately enabling us to deliver greater value and reliability to our customers,” says Head of Supply Chain Kristīne Pojasņikova.

By integrating warehouse operations into the supply chain, we are transforming warehousing into an active, interconnected component of the end-to-end flow of goods, information, and decision-making processes that will positively impact our customer shopping experience.

Following the required approvals from the business registers in each Baltic country, the companies will officially operate under the Rimi Logistics name as Rimi Logistics SIA in Latvia, Rimi Logistics UAB in Lithuania, and Rimi Logistics OÜ in Estonia, reflecting a unified identity across the region under the Rimi brand.
