SIA Rimi Baltic has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% shares of HAVI Logistics SIA, marking a significant step toward strengthening its supply chain capabilities across the Baltic region.
The transaction is currently subject to approval by the Competition Council.
Rimi Baltic is acquiring Havi Logistic SIA, which owns shares of Havi Logistics UAB and Havi Logistics OU in all three Baltic countries, including approximately 800 employees who will join the Rimi Baltic Group.
This deal reflects Rimi’s strategic decision to insource logistics operations, enhancing efficiency, flexibility, and independence from third-party providers.
Havi Logistic SIA and its subsidiaries in Estonia and Lithuania has been providing warehouse services that cover a wide range of activities, including goods handling, picking, labeling, sorting, return logistics, and other value-added services that ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

The agreement has been signed, and following regulatory approval, gradual integration will begin immediately after closing, ensuring a smooth transition with no disruption to service delivery.
